The Antipinsk oil refinery is located in the Tyumen region of the Russian Federation. The company is managed by the New Stream group of companies, which was founded by Dmitry Mazurov more than a decade ago. The refinery's processing capacity exceeds 9 million tonnes per year. The refinery is connected to Transneft's main oil and gas pipeline.

UNIS ACTIVITIES

UNIS participated in this contract by preparing the documentation of the Detail design in its complete scope. In accordance with the concluded contract for technical support of the customer's purchase, it also prepared the demand documentation of the technological equipment and carried out the evaluation of the offers of the equipment manufacturers.

RESULTS OF THE COMPLEX

Construction of the unit started in June 2015. Commissioning took place in April 2018. The Antipinsk Refinery has thus started industrial production of AI-95, AI-92 and AI-80 high-octane gasolines that meet the Euro-5 standard.

The current situation on the Russian market is not very positive in terms of profitability of high-octane gasoline sales. Despite these facts, Antipinsky Refinery has decided to produce these products in order to provide the residents of the Tyumen region with its own high-quality gasoline fuel of European standard as soon as possible.

The design capacity of the unit is 950 thousand tons per year, of which the total production capacity of Euro-5 gasoline is 800 thousand tons per year, and the production of liquefied gases is more than 100 thousand tons per year.

With the commissioning of the unit, the implementation of the third technological stage projects has been completed. The plant now achieves a processing depth of 98% and diesel capacity has increased from 33% to 50%.

TOTAL COST

According to the government of the Tyumen region, investment in the projects of the third stage of the plant amounted to 223 billion Russian rubles.

The next stage of the plant's development will include work to upgrade existing facilities and increase pipeline capacity.
