After more than two years of work, we successfully completed the hydrogen compressor control project (Recycle Gas Compressor IK-1001) in early January 2026 by providing the Final Acceptance Test (FAT) for the compressor manufacturer Howden.

Our scope of supply included detailed design documentation and the manufacture of a compressor control system. This includes a control, safety, and regulation system based on Siemens PCS7, which also contains a dedicated controller with advanced algorithms from ECT for performance and anti-surge control. Compressor control system also includes a vibration monitoring system (Bently Nevada 3500). The scope of delivery also includes design documentation, delivery and installation of components and cabling of electrical equipment on the compressor skid.

The end user of the supplied compressor is Orlen Lietuva, Mažeikių Refinery, Lithuania.
